Having sold his part in a successful business, Andy Smith freelanced as a coach, trainer, and mentor, working with clients in a number of diverse markets, from the steel industry to road safety. As the nation emerged from the second lockdown, when training could only happen virtually, using digital platforms, Andy formally set-up a limited company. Thriving Solutions Ltd is a training and coaching organisation, specialising in sales, which is also his passion, as well as his expertise. He is internationally recognised as a sales expert.
Thriving Solutions is small enough to care and yet experienced enough to deliver. We don’t use ‘flimflam’, we will deliver. We put people first, and our ethos is if you train and support your staff, they will look after your customers. If you have the right attitude, we can teach the skills.
