1-2-1 Sessions

One on one tailor-made sessions, as a one-off or a series, with a topic of your choosing. These sessions can be free-flowing or follow a structured approach. They are normally half a day per person per session. We would normally start with a 1-2-1 session, exploring what solutions we can bring to your business.

Training

A structured training session, designed to teach skills in areas such as forecasting, sales management, analytics, handling objections, creating first impressions, populating the sales funnel/pipeline, closing techniques, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Coaching

Usually with individuals but would work equally well as a team based programme. Coaching would be a structured number of sessions, over a period of time, to be determined by mutual agreement, for as long as required. You may be familiar with the expression, “how long is a piece of string?”, well, this follows the same premise; it is designed with the person, or team, in mind.

Special Events

So, your sales team are great but why do they fall short of the target performance, when it comes to special events? We are happy to be involved, from a distance or to dive in at the deep end, to support your team at exhibitions, sales meetings, team building days, client hospitality events etc. At the very least, we can deliver a short training programme on how to get the best from these events. We can even manage your staff at the event. If you are a growing business and you can’t justify a full time sales manager, why not retain us to manage your team for you.
